NO pool 3 straight years

Not bad. no pool 3 years straight. Staff not Bad. Too many dogs. POOP everywhere. Positive this does not matter because nothing changes.

The Reserves at 700 Review

We have lived here a year and it used to be great. However over the year we have a hole in our floor that we have asked to be fixed for months. The pool has only been able to be used a handful of times over 2 summers. It is supposed to be a gated community and the gates have been broke for months. There have been numerous break-ins and stolen cars, and we are told the cameras don't work. And lastly I have asked for a garage for storage for 4 months and have gotten no response. This place could be great, but it is ran very poorly

Reserve at 700

To start with no managers for the last 2 months. 2 dilapidated vehicles here since 2020 both have flats and inspection tags out since 2020. My breezeway lights have been out for 3 months, and it is completely black when I leave for work at 0500. Residents dump furniture at dumpsters and it stays there, it is not maintenances fault they are shorthanded and that's most likely bottom of the work list. The mailbox I use has been jammed for 3 months and I am not sure who that falls under but to get my mail I go to the post office. I am about to be promoted at work and I feel that when I give my notice that's all it should be considering all the issues here. Is the RESERVES AT 700 REALLY WORTH 1278 A MONTH.... NO!!!!
