I have lived here for a long time. The maintenance staff is exceptional. The property is well kept. They do lots of events for residents. The location is great. I feel safe a happy living here.
Much more than I imagined.
I moved here in August, but I applied and signed my lease in June. Since the very beginning its been nothing but good vibes! Desiree assisted me with getting my apartment. She was there for me and made herself available for me every step of the way. When I moved in the staff was very welcoming, also my neighbors. The property is beautiful and kept very well. I’ve had no issues with parking or noise. The amenities are great and I love the fact that most are available 24 hours. My dog enjoys the dog park. I also love that the complex has activities and events for tbr residents quite often. All of the maintenance workers that I’ve encountered have been very friendly, especially Kirk! I had a maintenance emergency after hours and he came right away and went above and beyond. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant. I love it here!
