5 Year Review

This is going to be our 5th year living here. The pricing for a 3 bedroom is still awesome! Also a huge fan of the tall ceilings. For being right across from the Apple Campus, an HEB in less than 3 minutes and access to Mopac in 7 minutes it's really hard to beat this location. This part of Parmer is also very quiet at night and because the apartments are tucked away we never hear traffic noise. I do wish the apartments had an upgrade to their cabinetry and appliances though. In 2023 it's hard to believe we have appliances from the early 2000's. Trash pickup was rough in the beginning but they've got it down to a science now. They never disturb us or make noise at night. Management is usually friendly and helpful. They've worked with us a lot even when times were tough. Definitely recommend living here.

An amazing place to live for a variety of reasons!

I live here with my minor son and I have lived here for some time. I have had the best experience living here than at any other apartment community that I have called home. The staff are very accommodating and the maintenance staff are exceptional. I gave Villas at Stone Oak Ranch a five star rating because they deserve it! I am happy and blessed to call this community my home.
