for a single person its great

as someone who is just myself and now a kitten, I do get there will be noise will be there being off Mopac and a major access road. any noise issues are from the residents like it being 2/3 am and music blasting, showing off by revving up engines in the parking lot super early/late. but I haven't had any issues yet! I'm not too fond of the fact that the gates don't work so I don't feel as safe, and I do hope they get fixed soon.
