Has Potential

I am grateful to have found this place and I think there is a lot of room for growth. I have tried contacting the front desk to set up a designated parking spot and it has been two months and counting since I've gotten a response. I literally want to give them my money for a parking spot and yet I'm here waiting...

Great value for the price

With very close proximity to the Lakeline Mall and all the shops and restaurants you love to visit, you can't beat the beat the price for the size and vibe of the apartments, plus, the staff is kind and helpful. It's definitely helped settle into Austin and is a much better deal than what I was getting out West, but I do have a few complaints as well. There are no dedicated storage areas in the units, the parking and roads can be pretty bad, maintenance doesn't respond to requests, the pool is probably too small, police can block off the only real entrance to the complex at least once a month, and some of the other residents can be bad apples, but it's pretty hard to imagine finding a better apartment for the cost. I might be peeved about some of the things that go on, but I don't really have any regrets.
