Cleanliness

I’ve lived here going on 4 years now and notice an extreme difference from how clean prior staffs have kept the building versus the current staff. The trash receptors need are in desperate need of a power wash along with the entrance areas to the units. There elevator malfunctions have also been a reoccurring issue and with the income coming into the property seems like the tenets would have a cleaner home environment with a quicker response to frequently used amenities. Other than that not a bad place to live.

Nice staff, neighbors and units.

The staff, neighbors and units are nice. However the pools are always covered in trash and pond scum. They force you to pay extra for valet package deliveries but unless you get the packages signed for they’ll get stolen. There’s little to no security in the building. The doors are always broken and left open and there are zero camera anywhere in the hallways.
