Lailen Hall (Leasing Consultant) was absolutely on it. She handled every twist and turn my mom and I threw her way with ease and did an excellent job easing my mom’s nerves throughout the process. She gave us a great tour of the property—I would have never guessed it was only her first week. Alissa Flores (Assistant Manager) was quick to respond to my questions and consistently followed up with emails, which I really appreciated. DeChell Strother (Manager) was incredibly helpful and refreshingly honest. She helped recenter my expectations and went above and beyond on the administrative side. She was very patient while I worked through paperwork issues, and she and her staff took the time to sit down with me to ensure the application was completed correctly. Overall, an outstanding team that truly cares about their residents.
