Average Apartments with Affordable Rates and Near Market

I am living here since 3+ years and here is what I likes and dislikse - Good: 1. Apartments are spacious 2. Affordable Leasing options 3. Courteous Staff 4. Walk-in to Market like Target, Walmart, Plenty of Food options etc. 5. Plenty of Parking for Visitor as well 6. Good Walking Trail Bad: 1. No cleaning in Breezeways and Stairs 2. Trash pickup people spill the trash everywhere never picked up 3. Maintenance sometimes takes 3-4 weeks 4. No action against Owner leaving Dog Poop everywhere 5. Garage is little expensive and Detached 6. No Kids Play Area or Park

Prompt, professional, clean

The staff and maintenance have been very helpful and prompt on any maintenance requests my partner and I have submitted, the area is lovely and I notice the effort put in to making the complex clean and orderly. It's a breath of fresh air compared to previous complexes I've resided in.

Good Community Close to Market But Lack of Cleaning

The Community is good and this is my 3rd year living here since Allen schools are good and near by. Everything is close like Restaurants, Groceries etc and nice trail behind for walk and biking etc. The staff is good and maintenance is OK but not great in terms of fixing on time. Only problem is the maintenance of Breezeway and walking/parking space since they do not get clean for many months. The Trash pick up leaves small trash and debries etc behind and they keep smelling and flying around everywhere. It takes hardly few hours for cleaning with Broom, Brush or Power wash but it is not happening. Also Dog poop in all the Grassy area near the parking but nobody serious to take care. The staff takes no action agains those dog owners despite of several complaints with proof of pictures etc. Thanks!

It's a lovely place if the residents/visitors didn't like to race through the complex. The staff have always been amazing and helped us with whatever we needed.
