I think they should’ve been honest and upfront about selling the place plus, we never know what our rent and utilities are going to be upfront. There’s no invoice that gives us that information. Then you can’t see what you paid. There’s no way to go back in and look at your payments. Concert only sent me a water bill this month. I don’t know what’s going on with the concert. I don’t know I think that you should be more transparent with your renters.

Complex is nice and easy to get to. Apartments are good size. More parking is needed. Building maintenance is good however lawn maintenance needs improvement.

Overall, things are going well. However, I believe the property maintenance could be improved. The pool is not always clean, the hallways should be cleaned more frequently, and some residents do not properly maintain common areas.
