The staff handle residents’ issues as if they were their own. Recently, I needed maintenance and notified the management office. They responded within minutes and resolved the problem within the hour. Life is pleasant when a resident is treated with such concern and courtesy. KB

Moving in was great, moving out not so much. The office staff changed, and the newbies are not as professional and responsive as the former staff. I emailed corporate after getting no response to a broken toilet for over a week. Then it was fixed the same day. Be sure to attend move out inspection as they seem eager to keep your deposit. Otherwise, the area is nice and quiet, and the complex is well maintained on the outside.
