Have only had one issue with a renter who lived beside us, regarding parking in available space! they moved! parking when i go to get mail now, maintenance employees park in spaces provided for renters and handicapped, hard to see pulling in and out to get mail and throw trash away, they have a designated area beside of office, not sure why they dont use it!
