Garage leaks substances on your car you cannot get out. They keep taking away free parking and adding reserve parking spots to try to force you to pay more money. They dont professionally treat the grounds, 25% of the time their trash valet does not pick up trash, but they will fine you $25 first time for leaving trash out and then $500 if it happens again. Caus, you know, its your fault their vendors they select that you pay a monthly fee for doesnt show up.

If you have an issue, you will be miserable. Resolutions do not exist.

Overall I do enjoy living here. Wish i would have heen told about the train horn before moving in. the ammenties are very nice. patiently waiting for the trash chute to open up. cheyenne at the office is super great. I did get honked at by the man working in the office which i thought was a little rude to honk at at tenant especially when he couldve easily drove around me. overall i would reccomend the station to my friends especially now that the construction is getting closer to being done
