My experience living is overall good! Rent is fair, amenities are pretty good, parking is great. My only issues are that I wish the gym was a little bigger, the building holds a lot of tenants that I don't think aligns with the size of the gym. I feel like the walls are thin, I can hear people in the hallway very easily.

I have been living here for just under a year. Aside from some very loud neighbors above, I have enjoyed the staff, amenities, and the prompt fulfillment of maintenance requests. Alex is very helpful.

Been here 2 years, and it's fine. I don't think it's worth $2500 a month with the car break ins around the area and the unfortunate location. But amenities and staff are great. The hallway carpet could definitely be replaced with a non-carpet option since there are so many dogs (and so much dog pee), but overall it works. Good square footage for the price I guess.
