I've lived here for about 3 months, and for my first apartment complex, the experience has been overall positive. I love the gym, the pool, and how tidy they keep things around here. It's been helpful as well with how they incorporate technology that makes work tickets, packages, and the overall apartment a better customer experience.

The rugs are so filthy and smelly in the hallways it's embarrassing to have anyone over. Staff is really nice <3

After about an year here, the Lucile is a good place to live. Nice staff, maintenance, residents, facilities. The building and all appliance are new and clean. The staff care and host cool events pretty often. The location is a little inconvenient, though.
