There is zero control of parking and its a security issue, almost everytime i pull into the lot there are cars waiting to sneak in. A few days ago there was a truck parked directly in front of vehicles blocking there exit from parking spots, another tenant saw my reaction to it and said “can you believe the nerve”, to which I responded “more and more things like this happening…” and he said “I know, its why I am moving out.” I pay for parking, why should I when people are utilizing it for free with zero repercussions? this considered along with the “anti-caucasion” sentiments spoken loudly at the pool within earshot by people with open containers of alcohol recently, have me considering finding a new place to live when my lease is up.

For the low rent prices compared to alternative options, this is a great spot! Feels safe and upscale. Elevator placement in building B is weird, so check on that before you reserve your room, or you might have to walk a long ways.

I am new to the property and immediately there were a couple things wrong with the unit but the staff was very helpful to get maintenance on it ASAP. Parking seems to be pretty fend-for-yourself with no assigned spots and exposed to the elements.

Good experience living there for 10 months. The workout area is good , as is the pool and Lounge area. Only problem is the televisions rarely always work and the carpeting needs to be cleaned regularly.
