The location is great - near food, coffee shops, and a handful of grocery stores. There is nearby green space to which one can walk. There are nearby parks. The bus route is also reliable for excursions downtown and otherwise. Apartments are spacious and get the job done. Staff at the hotel next door are friendly and helpful.

Noise

The building is very new but seems to have some issues with water and noise. I can hear full conversations from my neighbors and lately ive heard water running and dripping in the ceiling constantly.
