The 1901 On Belcourt

I’ve lived in this building for three years. The first two years were fine, but the past year has been incredibly disappointing. In that time, the building has gone through four different apartment managers and there have been stretches of months where there is no manager at all. On top of that, the building has had repeated HVAC issues over the past year. The heating and air in my apartment has stopped working three times in the past year and each time it has stayed down for weeks, with temperatures in my apartment getting above 80 degrees or below 60 degrees. During these periods, there has been little to no communication from management about what is happening or when repairs will be completed. Currently, the air conditioning has been out for almost a month and despite multiple attempts at getting updates and a timeline for repairs, only one of my emails has been answered by management (and they did not even do what they said they would do). Overall, the building is poorly run, and the lack of communication from management has been a consistent issue.

Overall, the building is poorly run, and the lack of communication from management has been a consistent issue.

Really like where we live! Great location

It has been quiet and enjoyable to live here.

The location is great - near food, coffee shops, and a handful of grocery stores. There is nearby green space to which one can walk. There are nearby parks. The bus route is also reliable for excursions downtown and otherwise. Apartments are spacious and get the job done. Staff at the hotel next door are friendly and helpful.

Great location. Amazing property team. Quiet and quaint apartment complex. A real gem in the heart of Hillsboro Village!
