I love the area and the community so far,, however I do think that if you’re paying over $1,000.00 to rent a home you should get an updated apartment, very ridiculous to be paying 2024 prices with 1975 appliances and asthetic ??

Great place to live. Everyone is helpful and available. Just wish that the rent didn't go up $250 from last year. Hopefully, you can keep the rent increases to a minimum.
