Great Place To Live

I have enjoyed living at MAA Bellevue. It's a clean, nice, quiet place to live. I wish they would do door to door trash pickup, but it's not a deal breaker. I don't like the fact that you're forced to buy AT&T internet and television. It's not something you can opt out of, so it adds $110 per month onto your rental bill. The television package isn't that great and from what I can tell, you don't even get the HD channels. Tenants should have a choice in internet and television. Otherwise, I'm fairly happy here and plan on staying unless the rent increases significantly.

Great, safe property

I moved to this apartment after a fire in my nearby home. The MAA staff could not have been more helpful and kind. I have felt safe, secure, and comfortable in my apartment. I would recommend this complex to anyone seeking a very nice apartment and grounds.
