I have lived here for one year. Location is great. The amenities have been slightly disappointing... there was a period of time that the pool was closed when it had already warmed up. Why am I paying an "amenity fee" if I don't get full use of what I pay for? Additionally, the bench press rack in the Gym has been "out of order" for at least six months... when I ask staff they say "we've contacted our vendor..." I don't think it takes 6 months for a delivery.

I lived in a studio apartment here for over a year and had an overall positive experience. The location was a significant plus—conveniently close to Midtown and Downtown. I also appreciated the SmartRent mobile app, which quickly controlled my door, lights, and heating/cooling. The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and provided excellent service. Plus, the gym had everything I needed, a great bonus. The biggest drawback for me was the noise. Since my apartment faced a busy street, I often heard early morning construction and speeding cars on weekdays. There were also a few occasions (three or four times) when the fire alarms went off late at night throughout the entire complex, which was disruptive. That said, I understand that these situations can sometimes be unavoidable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment, especially to those who enjoy short commutes or are within walking distance of trendy social spots like restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and parks.
