I have a great experience living here. It’s very close to Vanderbilt campus which makes it easier for me to commute without a car. There’s also a lot of food places close by. Parking is awesome.

It's an excellent student location, near Vanderbilt, and the rent is reasonable for what you're getting. Because it's a smaller apartment building, it's hushed. The Cafe in front is very nice, and plenty of restaurants are around—convenient parking in the back and a 4-minute walk to the Sportsplex.
