My time at Fifty Forty Flats has been great for the most part! I love the location because it is in the middle of everything so it is super convenient. Taylor is so friendly and understanding!

Ive lived here since they first opened. The property stays clean and up kept. The office and maintenance are good about responding in a timely manner and they do business professionally. There is low noise level, yet you still know life is around. Easy highway access. Only thing, I wish there was a pool.

I have lived here for almost a year now. The parking is not the greatest and I wish the gates worked - I have had amazon drivers complain to me about not being able to get through as well as guests not being able get through. I was upset to find out that my rent was going up quite a bit, but I am still choosing to renew because I do love my apartment and the location. The staff here have always been helpful mand friendly.
