I've lived here for just over a year. Things have improved significantly ever since the new management took over around January 2023. Great location close to downtown. Floorplans are awesome and the amenities are great as well!

I have lived here for a little over two years (i.e., signed a lease as the final units were being constructed) and could not be happier about the location (i.e., being within short driving distance of downtown for nightlife and of local schools, hospitals, and clinics for studying and working and being within walking distance of the Cumberland River Greenway for morning and evening walks, runs, and bike rides). The initial lease deal felt like a steal (i.e., the rate was extremely competitive), and the management and maintenance staff were phenomenal. I have had minimal interaction with new management and maintenance staff, but have yet to have a bad experience. Overall, this is a high-value property with high-value units that hopefully stay at a competitive monthly rent rate.
