Great place to live as far as location goes. Not much to say about amenities as this particular locatikn doesnt have much, the gym is subpar at best and when i was using it there were several instances where my key fob wouldnt let me in the door. Thats really the only amenity i can even think of to comment on. Manager is goid but difficult to get in contact with in my experience but he is very friendly and will mar sure things are done when you get his attention. Communication between the complex and resident arent always great when it comes to unit focused comms but when a complex focused one occurs you are notified in either texts or email or both. Parking is enforced strongly which i find to be a positive with the location, ive never struggled to park. Units are nice and appliances are up to date. Walking distance from so many things and a short uber across the river if you need that.

it is unbelievably loud with traffic. parking is not great. when they finally hired a competent person on staff other things got a lot better.

Great location in East Nashville with townhouses and apartment rentals. Parking can be a bit congested but between the on property lots and street parking youll be able to find something. The units are a bit older but in overall decwnt shape. Maintenance repairs are handled by contractors and of my several experiences - they are chosen based on bid price not skill, quality of work, or experience. Staff is notorious for not being onsite, being unresponsive at times and requiring reminders lr constant follow up. Good people, all my experiences has been respectful and professional. The USPS id not good… at all! Mail if often placed in the wrong box, or not delivered at all. Again great location!!!
