I graded maintenance down only because the Radon took so long to fix, and not sure if it is right even now. Noise was a real problem until the last people moved out. Now there is rarely any noise, just an occasional car with mufflers starting.

Did not mean to miss the 1/2's they should have been full. Noise comes through the floor. The neighbors (I think 5) are heavy footed, drop very heavy objects, actually pound on the floor, strange noises. I don't think I am disturbing them.

My overall experience here at Landmark has been awesome! The staff are friendly and professional, I love that they are quick to ensure that maintenance issues are responded to. I really enjoy the outdoor sitting area for resting and grills for entertaining. I'm also thankful that maintenance is attentive to the upkeep of the pool as my daughter and I enjoyed it thoroughly last summer! I love the location. My daughter and I often walk to nearby stores and restaurants, so that is a big plus. Finally, I feel safe here. I regularly walk in the early mornings before the sun comes up and have had no issues. I also really appreciate the security officer that diligently patrols the complex at night. Remember to always bring positivity anywhere you live and you will receive positivity back. I am thankful for the 2.5 years that I have lived here.
