What a great apartment community

I loved living there for 3 years and even being an introvert it was amazing at how thr staff even helped me get out and meet my neighbors with all the fun activities they do. Nice things like randomly getting everyone a pizza and you walk into the clubhouse to claim your box. I loved the amenities of the fitness center and rarely an issue waiting for any equipment. Also the staff is so friendly and they even get to know everyone's name. I really only left because we bought a home because financially we couldn't maintain that spacious wonderful Floorplan of the 2 bedroom. Loved how you may share 1 wall and maybe a ceiling so it generally was very peaceful. Maintenance is amazing with responding to repairs the same day you put in a ticket (I sometimes told them that it's something that could wait so they could take a look at it the following week). And another bonus was the location that for 3 years I only put on 200 miles on my car because literally everything I do is either across the street or I can walk to it..or I go to downtown Boro which is just 15min drive in traffic. And you can go to the Avenue in about 10 mins. So location was perfect too when it snowed as I could just walk to Kroger. I really am a struggling with homeownership and well the sense of a small town feel over at Carrington

Great community.

Staff is wonderful, location great right off the interstate! Love the layout of the apartments and building neighbors are very nice. Not much going on outside and the property is well kept.
