A Great Start

I have lived here for about a month now and I love the community in general. The staff are very friendly, the amenities are the nicest that I have ever had in a living space, the location is great - being around everything that you would need, nearly (and soon-to-be) within walking distance, and this is the quietest community that I have ever lived in.

Our Apartment

My husband and I call our apartment "our home". We have been living at Arbor Brook for almost eight years. It is very quiet. All of our neighbors are awesome, great to get along with and friendly. We all watch out for each other. The staff both in the office and maintenance are awesome! If you have any problems, they take care of it as soon as possible. They have a great walking trail around the complex. You are close to shopping.

Our Apartment

We love living at Arbor Brook Apartments. The location is great, it is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone in the office and in maintenance are great to work with and will take care of any problems that you may have quickly. Our neighbors are all great. You are close to shopping centers and restaurants, all within 1-3 miles. You are close to I24 and I840, both within 3 miles.

College life

Perfect place for my college daughter. She wanted away from the MTSU campus, but still close enough. She feels safe here. The apartment complex has many amenities.
