Love it!
It need more space!!!!!! The makntenance is great and staff is okay but it is a very peaceful place to stay.
Very spacious townhouse
Everything is fine except the water pressure I cant wash or shower at the dame time or wash my dishes i hope they get this is resolved soon but othrr than that i love my apartment
Not happy
I have several complaints over the 2 1/2 years. I live there at Poplar Place townhomes. Every time it rained water was in my front room, never fixed the closet in the hallway downstairs across from the laundry area. The closet was never fixed water spots in the ceiling where they fix the ceiling never fixed dog poop soon you walk out the front door, they was always overcharging my account for something first they said I have no rentals insurance. I had rentals insurance ever since day one then was the rent had my rent late I never been late before I had me fill out a credit card that was a poor hard on my credit and I kept asking why you and I pull up for a credit card to pay my rent , my rent wasn’t received for December. They weighed to December 15 or the 16th to call me the 14th. Call me and tell me my rent hadn’t received my rent for the month so at that point I cannot take anymore I just had to move out and put all my stuff in storage.
