Amazing Place
While I have only lived here for 2 weeks, this place is great. Right on the outskirts of downtown, but without the downtown traffic. Iconic Beale Street, 1.5 blocks away. The Autozone Baseball Park and Soccer Field right across from the apartments. There's even a large patio area with grills where residents can go and watch the games and cook out, eat, drink. Six (6) story garage. Oh yeah, it's FREE, not like the other downtown places that charge 130-180. Free Coffee 24/7. Security guards and police are always around this area, so it's very safe. I thought the noise at night would be bad considering Beale street and downtown, but it's actually not bad, and I'm a light sleeper. I sleep thru the night. I have a balcony apartment where I'm on the road, and I have lots of traffic and can see the ballpark. This place is great. I searched a lot of apartments but always found myself coming back here. This is truly the place to be. It's close to Danny Thomas and the Interstate should you need to get away. There is a pool, workout facility. Friendly people. I don't hear my neighbors thru the walls. Give it a look, you'll be impressed. I was.
Downtown living @ its finest...
I HAVE LIVED HERE @ FIELDER SQUARE FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS NOW AND I LOVE IT. THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL: WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE, WHEN YOU NEED MAINTENANCE THEY ARE HERE WITHIN THE HOUR..THE NOISE LEVEL IN BUILDING 2 IS NULL AND VOID..I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FIELDER SQUARE TO EVERYONE IF YOU LIKE DOWNTOWN LIVING.

Great place to live
I just moved in October 2022 and I absolutely love it here. The ENTIRE staff... AWESOME!! Everyone is nice, helpful and they really care about their residents. The atmosphere here is amazing and I don't want to live any where else. They do a lot for us when they don't have to and it is much appreciated.
