I've lived here for 6 years. The good: - owner and maintenance man are awesome people. - incredible value: 1-2 bedrooms units under $800/month is amazing these days - quite safe and peaceful - location is 10/10. Walking distance to Busters Wine and Liquor, Jason's Deli, Dentist, Chuki's Tacos, Perkins, First Horizon, Petco, Kroger, Cici's, and more The bad: - The parking situation isn't ideal, there are no designated parking spots - While cheap, these apartments are quite old. Built in late 1930s. So no central air, washer/dryer hookups, dishwashers, modern lighting circuits, less grounded outlets, and general "modern stuff." - No modern security. There is a security man that drives around at night, but no code-access gate to get in, and less security cameras on the property than ideal - Laundry rooms are shared, coin-operated. Two basement laundry rooms on site. You'll often need to wait for a machine to open up. But on the plus side, they aren't all that expensive. <$3-4 for a complete wash and dry of a load. Totally livable, would gladly live here forever!

I love the location, very safe, great neighbors. Beautiful curve. Easy to park. Close to lots fo stuff.
