Location Perfect, Parking has slowly gotten a but more difficut Noise from last 2 upstairs neighbors and seemingly constant construction / maitenance / grounds keeping activities have becone an issue Apt maitenance still havent fixed multuple issues within apt All of this with rent going up every year at least 100 bux if not more is troubling for us.

I moved in just a week ago, coming from NJ. Move in was very quick and pleasant, with clear instructions on how the community works. The location was fundamental for me, as I am only 15 minutes from work and 5 minutes from some friends. Looking forward to having time to enjoy the amenities and surrounding areas and getting to know Knoxville better.

Windover offers: A very helpful staff and great location to restaurants and stores. My apartment living area is spacious and I am very pleased with all the cabinet space in the kitchen area. I would certainly recommend to friends to live at Windover
