It's Great!

With the only issue being the very rare occurrence of hearing someone shout, a dog bark, or a child crying, i think this apartment is great! I love the large windows and the AC that works! I also like that this is a pet friendly apartment where tenants pick up after their animals. The only downside is the price but that's a common thing between apartments in Knoxville. Long story short, i love these apartments so far!

The manager, Cindy, is a very personable, professional and caring person. She has always went out of her way to help me if she could. Mac, in maintenance, has always been on top of any problems I have had. And the large grounds allows me to walk my dog in a spacious and safed area.

Great place to live

The staff and residents have been very welcoming so far. My dogs and I love walking around the property and the fitness room is right across from my apartment so its super convenient. No more commuting the gym in the early morning :D

Great Place to live

Located near everything you need. Greenway is a few blocks away. Everything is kept clean and working. Security makes it safe. Office staff are always available to help if you need it or just to share a greeting and a smile. I am very happy living here.
