I've been at Kingston Pointe since May '24. It's been nice. It's close to groceries and my doctor. It is quiet. My experience with my complex neighbors has been enjoyable. The maintenance team responds usually within one working day after submitting a request and the work is done quickly with a minimal amount of mess. The office staff is always professional and their attitudes fit the atmosphere of the residents. Engaging and Attentive.
