I signed my 3rd lease. I've enjoyed myself at Kingston Pointe apartments. I chose Kingston Pointe apartments for it's great location in relation to my specific need. Most of my neighbors are engaging. There's some landscaping issues, and I'm sure I'll report in my next review that they've been rectified. The office personnel are terrific. Captivating and attentive. And I've never had an issue with the outstanding maintenance team.
