Great starter family apartment!
We started our family int his apartment and its been the perfect amiunt of space and amenities for us. We LOVE that everyone is pet friendly and are very happy we found Kingston Pointe
Living Experience
Within the first month of living here, I’ve gotten to know the community, make my way around the property, utilize all of the shared resources and spaces along with the helpful ladies that work everyday in the front office. From the friendly neighbors all differing from college students to families to seniors, and all the perks included with being a resident, my roommates and I have encountered many more home issues ranging from continuous odor issues from previous residents, included appliance issues: oven temperature and thermostat broken; temperature control doesn’t work, a broken dishwasher/won’t start, cat urine soaked up into a closet in both flooring and ledges having to be gutted and repainted multiple times, kitchen sink disposal and drain malfunctioning/not working, both showers leaking and one still currently leaking; all within the first month of living. Surely enough there are still minor things like outlets not secured in the walls, the outdoor window cracked off the track and other smaller inconveniences.I’m hoping this is the end of all of these problems because though the maintenance crew is wonderful at what they do, my roommates and I are struggling to keep up with all of these malfunctions that should’ve been thoroughly checked and evaluated prior to us moving in, along with making sure all household living arrangements and safety hazards were obtained prior to move in.
