What others love about this property:
Thin walls, great otherwise
Walls are thin and I specifically chose my unit based on what management told me would be the most quiet. Management does not care about noise and told me they can't do anything about neighbors and if I have a problem I should call the police. I put in a maintenance request over a month ago that was never addressed. Nice apartments and very up to date. Great parking and amenities. Expensive but worth it besides the thin walls and noise from neighbors.
Great location
This complex is convenient to just about everything. The Manager Ashley is very professional and always so helpful. I have lived here going on 2 years and they have been doing a lot of upgrades and I'm not sure if I can stay an other year after leases is up in fear of a large increase in price because of the upgrade's, I would recommend Wellsley Park Apartment's there is n a good mix of people here.
Wellsley Park Apartments
Experiences living here have been good, for situations able to be controlled. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved and followed up on if required. Rent in Knoxville underwent a large surge lately, so the cost was raised, but periodic rent raises are to be expected. Gym could use some upgrading on the cardio equipment as a few machines don't work or work sparingly. Pool area is great, car charging ports recently installed are great as well. Staff (office and maintenance) both seem very courteous and seem genuine. I would recommend living here to future renters.
