Cross Creek Preserve

Just moved in a few says ago, but there have been little to no issues, the staff have been very helpful, and no issues with the neighbors.

So first off this is a pretty decent apartment complex for the price, not that the outrageous amounts should be tolerated. It is located in a beautiful wooded area just off of Western avenue and has good access to many locations in the Knoxville area within 15 minutes of most places. That being said there are a few things that could be done for having been charged this much. The apartment looks as if it was hastily converted or remodeled. You can tell if you look closely at the details in the corners and painting of areas like floorboards and doorways. Some doors are crooked and do not line up with the frame making them difficult to open at times. The drains in the parking lot and near the units will flood with a few inches of water to some spots being over half a foot in where you'd expect to be able to walk. The onsite gym does not have a working AC unit and has not for awhile, not to mention 2 of the 3 cardio equipment doesn't work and looks to be needing serious repairs. You will need a lamp if you want light in the bedrooms as they do not come with a ceiling light. The bathrooms are quite a state too, with the toilets being tiny and its hard to sit on to do your business and the water tank has a limiter when you flush which makes you end up having to flush 3 or 4 more times than if you instead did one good flush which ends up using more water. The staff is very receptive and responsive to any need of the tenets. I have had two request that were not solved and will follow up with those repeatedly until solved. The pool is nice and pretty well maintained as is the lawn. The staff is what barely gives this place good reasoning for its value and I am grateful to them. The owners however do not have my respect and should cut less corners in their renovations.

Very good so far, the only thing i couls find was that there is no light in bedrooms, no bulb or lamp, and i have no electricity in in plugs at the living room

We have lived here for a dew years and love so much about CCP! Noise is sometimes an issue when it comes to loud cars but the office is very helpful an responsive to issues big and small!
