Pretty Good
Had some good fun living here and they are competitive in the market even though market is over the top right now. Parking could be better
Great apartment
This has been one of my favorite apartment complexes I have lived in! Everyone here has been kind and helpful. I never have any problems with neighbors. My chief complaint would be all the dog poop people don't pick up.
Was good, not worth the price
When we first moved in, we were already stretching our rent budget but the fact that we were getting a brand new unit as the first tenants made us excited every though it was a small apartment than what we had moved from. While it was smaller and didn’t quite fit our needs, we were content enough to stay for another year or two while trying to save up for a house or a move to a new city. That hope got shattered when we got notice that we were getting price gauged at a 50% increase in rent if we were to continue living the unit while the company hasn’t made an improvements. I had even reached out multiple times to try to see if it’d be possible to stay when everyone was leaving due to the unfair price increase and was told that no one was willing to work for us. I’d never recommend The Reserve to anyone now while I would’ve prior to all this.
I like living here
I enjoy living here. The maintenance folks are perfect and prompt. The apartments are spacious and the staff is helpful.
Pricey, Below Average Amenities, Great Location
This is a very nice apartment complex. Parking is plentiful. All of my neighbors are very kind and mostly keep to themselves. The office staff is very helpful and responsive. And most importantly, the units are nice. However, the gym is a joke, the pool is a glorified hot tub with a “no alcohol” policy, my rent increased $400 from my first lease to my second one, and I won’t be renewing again because of it. Also we began getting service for trash valet which is really nice BUT they decided to take away the stand alone dumpsters so each resident has to dispose of bulk garbage themselves which is unreasonable given how expensive rent it. All in all, this is a nice place to live but you’ll be expected to pay the same amount each month that a mortgage on a $300k house would cost.
