love the apartment!!! the staff is wonderful and so helpful. I wish there was 2spits to park for me ans it wasnt so expensive, bit overall its a wonderful place to live and I hope to stay a long time.

Pretty decent living experience. I'm near a lot of restaurants, markets, and clothing stores. Everything is pretty walking distance. There's a lot of construction near and at the apartment. The parking spaces are very small/tight in certain areas. The trash valet rush when doing their job. They've thrown trash down the stairway and have caused trash juice to drip down the stairway, and will randomly decide when they do not want to take your trash. The staff are really nice and they offer a lot of treats for the tenants. They respond pretty fast as well. The walls are either really thin or my neighbors are really loud at times. I think it's the walls. I shouldn't be able to hear people walking in the stairway or opening their front door. It seems like a good group of people live here so overall it's a pretty decent and safe place to live. The apartments look pretty decent inside as well.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spacious with quartz countertops. Absolutely amazing staff!
