Great location. Price is a tad high. Parking is really tight and people park over or too close to the lines. Management is great at accommodating.

This is a satisfactory community at best. Neighbors are friendly and professional for the most part. Amenities are over-priced. I was assigned a compact car parking space, and I drive a Benz sedan. It just doesn't fit in the space. Noise from the unit above is problematic at times, but I do not hear traffic from surrounding roadways. The package room is chaotic. I would desire packages delivered to my door. Valet trash service is way over-priced. I can walk my garbage out myself, but I am not given that option. There have been times when garbage is not picked up or the broken-down boxes as agreed upon. Grounds are well-manicured and mostly well-maintained. Although there are some dead grass spots that need to be addressed. I'd rate this apartment as a 3. Rent is overpriced for the service and upkeep you receive here.
