Dog breeds, and any mixes thereof, prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management.  All applicants will required to complete Pet Screening prior to move-in. Maintenance of breezeways and grounds

Breezeways needs better maintenance from bird drippings and spider webs under staiways and railings in breezeways. Stop blowing all the debris at doorway when using blower to blow breezeways clear. Other residents pets using building front entrance for didposing thrir waste in grass at front entrance of building. Cant walk putside for smelling urine on lawn and getting into your vehicle. There are cameras on the buildind and seems like this could be maintained. Noticed many residents walk their pets to the very last building or even leave their building and walk across the parking lot to anoyher building and let their prts usr the bathroom which means we have to smell their pets waste and even see it at most times. Complex needs to stro up their game on maintaining better pet waste around the exterior of some buildings and mainly the last back building at the too of the hill.
