The 2BR apartment has been OK for space. Kitchen area is tight. Biggest issues are too much noise between apartments, too much dog barking and owners that don't clean up after dogs. Bad problem with trash disposal as there is a single compactor which always has trash piled outside. Its been a problem for 3 years and they won't solve/improve it. Location is very good but rent is too high considering age of the facility

This is a great location. Staff is great. Maintenance guys are great as well. Wish they would maintain the landscaping better . Lots of empty flower beds

We enjoy living here. Office staff and maintenance are great. Neighbors are also nice and the lake is beautiful to sit and relax by. We have had some minor issues, but nothing major and they have always been fixed quickly.
