Honestly a good place, have only had good experiences with office staff and maintenance crew, nice area just off the freeway
Happier than ever
We have lived at Heritage Lake since May. I have lived in several states, lots of apartments, rental houses, etc. This has been by far the easiest living experience. The property is beautiful, the maintenance team is responsive. The amentities are plenty. Location is certainly one of the best aspects. We're super happy to be part of the Heritage Lake community.
Extremely Pleased
I have lived at Heritage Lake for just over 2 years. The apartments both interior and exterior are beautiful. Love the colors and the crown molding was a game changer for me. Maintenance is over the top - super quick to respond and friendly. Staff has always been friendly and eager to assist as well. I feel my current rent is very reasonable for what I am getting in return. I feel safe here. The grounds are kept up nicely. I gave "noise" a 4 only because of the freeway noise, but that can't be helped. Overall, as you can see, I am very happy here and would definitely recommended to anyone looking in this area. Thanks all and keep up the good work :-)
Great community
Heritage Lake is the definition of community. Sure they have all the basic features of an apartment complex, helpful staff, clean newly renovated apartments, a pool and dog park. What they have that I have not found in any other apartment complexes that I've lived in is how friendly and kind everyone here is. I have made many friends of my neighbors and those who visit the dog park with me. The maintenance staff is very friendly and nice to chat with as well. These are neighbors you want to live next to. The location is a little close to the highway, so some apartments have a little more road noise, but its fairly quiet for the most part. There is the perk of being right next to the highway, allowing for shorter commute times. It is also in a really nice area between Concord and Farragut.
