Close to everything

I love where I live. I am close to Walmart, Kroger, Target, Main Event, and The Doctors Office. It's the perfect centralized hub for everything I need. However, the staff is not always helpful when it comes to issues or questions. They NEVER answer the office phone you always have to go in person to get questions answered.

Has potential

I have enjoyed living here but there are some things that could make this place really great. For the high price I would expect the amenities to have better maintenance. Pool is watched regularly but not always clean. Pool bathrooms and grills are always a mess. The gym has very faulty equipment and has not been cleaned in months. The massage bed, coffee machine and car wash have been out of order for the last 3 months. The staff is not compassionate at all and handles feedback poorly. They pretend to be clueless and come off as rude to the residents. They are not much help and continue to blame others for issues. With that said the maintenance men, themselves, are always very nice and keep the yard in perfect condition. Just sad to see such a place with so much potential diminish in value due to the staff, cleanliness and amenities

I have lived here going on six years. I've never had any problems and feel safe in my apartment. I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone. It's a pleasure to call it home.
