It’s pretty ok. Could be cheaper. Like $250 cheaper

Noise level is very uncorfortable for the price and number of vagrents is very high. Also the power goes out atleast twice a week. The trash pick up should be and they are not that reliable. Its $25 a month l. I lawssy take my own trash anywasy so thats waste money for me. And then they charge you for a parking pass and them they charge $30 a month for “parking” . Again another waste of money

Overall Satisfaction

My girlfriend and I moved in May 2022 and we have really liked it. The only problem would be neighbors. They walk so loudly and sometimes the music is too loud at inappropriate times. However, the maintenance guy has been really helpful whenever we have needed him. The front office has also been nice and helpful. The pool and gym are really nice. Overall, we enjoy living here.

Overall this is a good apartment complex. Parking has never been an issue and the staff are nice. Noise can be an issue if you get a spot parallel to Sevier Avenue.
