Location great but noisy

I would not live on the first floor facing a busy road. I'd go for second or third floor where you can open your blinds. The street noise is real and the front door is thin - you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. Needs better insulation around the door. Love the tall ceilings and the spacious kitchens. Staff is great too!!

It’s pretty ok. Could be cheaper. Like $250 cheaper

Noise level is very uncorfortable for the price and number of vagrents is very high. Also the power goes out atleast twice a week. The trash pick up should be and they are not that reliable. Its $25 a month l. I lawssy take my own trash anywasy so thats waste money for me. And then they charge you for a parking pass and them they charge $30 a month for “parking” . Again another waste of money
