Enjoying the Experience
After 25 years of home ownership, I was ready to take a break and get into a property that would leave me relatively "responsibility free". That has been the case for sure for me here at Integra Vistas. I love the fact that the community is fairly hidden in the woods; the views from my balcony are stellar. The few maintenance issues I've had have all been addressed very quickly. I'm really enjoying my experience here so far (over 4 years now).
Great place to live
Enjoy living here. Have been here for one year and am renewing for another year.
Not Maintained
It is a very unmaintained facility, when it comes to the cleanliness of the property. The exteriors of the buildings, especially the breezeways and common areas are full of cobwebs, dirt, and debris. Even when things are "cleaned", it is poorly done and not much different than before "cleaning".
