I have lived here for more than five years. Canyon Ridge is the best run complex I have lived in. Five stars across the board except for noise - 4 stars. The apartment complex is very quiet but the interstate is pretty close. The traffic noise is noticeable but I decided it sounds like a rushing river - amazingly the same sounds - and it all faded into natural. The mgmt staff is attentive, they were always nice to me and my little dog Skip and the neighbors upscale middle class. The maintenance staff is off the chain good. This is a good home - not apartment - home. Stop by, youll be glad you did.

When you leave a note on a resident's door saying that you need to enter the apartment tomorrow, they might not physically see that note until 9 PM at night, giving literally no warning. That's probably the worst thing here compared to every other apartment i've lived in, They all give give a couple days notice.

Need work treating renter better without them the apt. Could lose money and if get a bad reputation could have no renters.. man we need to learn how to talk to the renters Customer Service very important in any business

My only complaint with this property is Trash Collection. Dumpsters are often overlowing wiith trash.

The staff is exceptionally effective and pleasant. Maintenance for issues and to keep the property nice-looking is wonderful.
