Excellent customer service

When I called to make an appointment I dealt with Kendall who was very courteous and advised me what to do. I received a text advising me what to do when I got there. Kendall came out and introduced herself and let me know that Pre would be helping me. I told her what I was looking for and she had the answers. She showed me the floor plans and approximate prices. I had a lot of questions and she had the answers. She was extremely knowledgeable. One thing I noticed was Kendall and Pre had smiles on their faces. That tells me they enjoy their jobs and work for a great company. Canyon Ridge would be my first choice when I am ready to move. I would definitely recommend Canyon Ridge to anyone I know that is moving. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Lovely living at Canyon Ridge

I have lived here for 3 years and find it a lovely experience. Here's what I appreciate: 1. The staff keeps the area clean and trash-free, 2. The maintenance team is off the charts in responsiveness, 3. The office staff is cordial and will get to know the residents if they wish 4. It is quiet and 5. The complex attracts good residents.

Nice place in a perfect location.

Of all the places I’ve liven in out here, Canyon Ridge is by far the best. It’s a well maintained complex in an ideal location.
