Rent isnt cheap but Nashville isnt .

The place is a nice property . The rent isnt cheap but if you are a good tenant they will try to do there best to keep you . The gym is small . The pools are nice and the Maintenance staff are top notch . Mr Tom and his crew stays on top of whatever issue you Have . Overall I love the comminuity

13 years at The Cove

Obviously pleased for the most part to stay 13 years. Pluses: staff but lmtd power on key decisions i.e. can’t get interior apt painted. Cove has not painted inside, cleaned carpets once, replaced 7 years ago do to flood caused by 3rd floor water heater. Everything had to be removed from apt then, I asked for it to be painted then as it would be simple & was declined. Painting on ceilings from water damage was poor at best. All the money saved in advertising & redoing for new move ins could have paid for this at least 3x (I was in real estate). Other maintenance is prompt & great service. Hard to enforce who is leaving dog remains, cigarette butts etc on the grounds & parking areas unless caught first hand, but need to find a way. Pool, there are some residents who act as if it’s their pool. They occupy tables & chairs all day & block off for volleyball. Noise: I’ve had one tenant above me in all these years that was quiet. Others have had animals that run races in the apt which sounds like a stampede or in present case have dogs that bark at 5:30 in the morning for 30 min. I love animals but would never let mine do that if I had them in an apt or other close quarters. Parking: I have a permanent handicap placard If I come home after 8 the handicapped designated spots are taken and usually by someone who does not have a handicap designation on their vehicle as well as all the spaces around my apt. I have to park somewhere illegally to be able to get into my apt. A simple solution designate spots as reserved with name of residents with disabilities. Have a designated spot for motorcycles so they aren’t taking an entire parking space. Hope you realize the intent of this is to be constructive.

The Cove at Priest Lake 2022 Review

I have lived at the Cove a little over a year. It is close to downtown, the lake, and several nice trials. Staff is nice and friendly. Appliances and some other things could use updating but overall it is a quiet area and a decent price compared to surrounding places.
