The Burning Tree seems to be a quiet place. The parking is adequate.

Some things have changed for the better, however policy is constantly changing and no one seems to be on the same page as far as management and their corporate office.

I have had at least 4 maintenance requests in for over 4 weeks have called about them on more than one occasions and told they are low priority or haven't been put in at all. I do not leave my apartment except maybe 2-3 xs a month to go to a Dr's appointment I feel if I have a maintenance issue it should and could be taken care of in a timely manner. It is very disheartening to live somewhere for 12 years and never be a problem and make a few requests and see nothing done.
