we have lived here about 35yrs ,ive have ,hope to get speed bumps ,mail box light working,maintence could use more chain of command,make sure orders left at the office desk gets carriied out, sign out rw

The apartment needs better maintenance. The repairs are almost never done right.

There is no management to speak of. No one was in the office the day of my move in. In 3 weeks of multiple calls i could not get my mailbox number so I had to try my key in 40 boxes to find the match. They do not care about a single tenant just rent. And they opted to stop cleaning the pool as a means to close it early for the season. Impressed with the neighborhood, not the management company!
