I'm needing the right key to my mailbox, maintenance material removed from the patio, need outlets replaced inside of the apartment, because they are to big cause sparks when plugging something up that's not safe,the ceiling fan needs to be tightened up in the middle bedroom, the floor board needs to be covered all the way to the wall under the kitchen sink, the wall needs to be patched up behind the bathroom mirror there's a huge hole behind it, need a screen on the last bedroom window, need a cover panel on the outside of the AC vents need to be cleaned out from the AC going into the bedroom, especially the living room, The lady that lives directly behind me is driving in the grass like it's a road, I like my little area next to my apartment and she's destroying it,in need of security patrolling there's a lot of drug trafficking.

Great community and neighbors but ran down living quarters. In so many occasions i reached out to maintenance due to apartment having foundation issues and sinking spots in the floor. It was never repaired.

I love it everyone's friendly and it's very comfortable

After waiting 3 weeks to fix my heat they install the wrong heater/ac !! Maintenance doesnt know what they are doing.

It's not the Hamptons but it's an apartment. The neighbors can be a bit strange but they're all like fun characters. I don't have a car so parking doesn't matter to me but it's a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. I do have a problem with the lighting, especially considering I live on a backside unit. It can be a bit too dark at nighttime and as a woman that does freak me out quite a bit.
