Good: The apartment is pretty nice. The leasing office folks will help you in any way they can. The maintenance guys are awesome. Had some issues and they fixed them pronto. Great pool and gym and amenities. Food trucks every few weeks. A good environment and pet friendly also. Plus it is less than 10 minutes from downtown. Bad: The apartment in the building we are in is very noisy. You hear all the footsteps of the person above you. In the bedrooms which are carpeted, you don't hear it as badly as it muffles the sounds so you can sleep. In addition to footsteps, you can hear furniture moving, dog running, etc. You don't hear voices/music/tv at all. Have talked to other tenants in other buildings that don't have this issue. But in the building we are in, which was refurbished due to flooding, the other tenants have the same issue. Most of us have notified the management team, and no response from them at all. They haven't even come out to hear it for themselves. If you want to live in a noisy apartment, this is the place for you. I would have expected better for the rental price they are charging.

Staff just needs to enforce the rules. Doesn't enforce no parking spots, doesn't enforce handicapped parking, staff not present on weekends and residents know that, keeps trash compactor messy on weekends overflows onto sidewalk, no staff member circulating property picking up stray trash, gates malfunction frequently
