Great Place to Live
I have lived here less than 2 years and I love it. The Leasing Team, Maintenance and Landscape personnel are wonderful. If I have something needing attention their response is the best! I really can't praise them highly enough! I wish there was a Community Room we could use for different occasions like a book club, bingo night, etc., and we don't have that.
Great place nestled in the trees!
I've lived here almost a year and have loved it! Yes, the apartments are older, but they are well-maintained. The grounds always look immaculate and the staff is friendly whenever I interact with them. Maintenance requests are generally handled the same or next day, depending on when they are submitted. There is no assigned parking spots, nor is there any covered parking; however, I have never had a problem finding a spot close to my apartment. The complex sits on a hill in the middle of the woods, so it feels remote, even though it is close to Signal Mountain Rd. It is quiet, and the residents all seem very respectful of each other. I've actually been dragging my feet house-hunting because I love living here!
Love it
I have really enjoyed my stay at Windridge as a resident caregiver for my sister so much that I decided to rent the apartment after my sister passed. The staff are very kind and helpful. I love the grounds and the screened in back porch. I hope to stay here indefinitely though likely not in this 3 bedroom townhouse with its own patio and private backyard. I love my next door neighbor and everyone I’ve met here has been very nice. Did I mention all the maintenance guys know my dogs name and spoil him with attention? COVID deprived us of use of the beautiful recreation area. My only negative is the refrigerator has some issues and there is no dog park. Other than that you can’t beat it!
