West 26th Street Townhomes

Too many fees and this takes up too much of my time so yeah I don’t understand letters being put on my door fees that I have no knowledge of.

Good location, decent price, good maintenance,

I'm growing frustrated with all the extra fees for this and that being added to rent. we get charged a general maintnance fee and the place isnt kept up nice. It's also interesting that our water bill doubles during the summer and we were told that the lawn irrigation system is on a seperate meter so why are we paying for it. I've lived here for five years now and rent has gone up every year which i'd understand if we had decent amentities. our appliances are junk and the fridge doesn't even have automatic ice and water like many other rental properties. There are several of us residents just waiting for the housing market to get better so we can move out of here. We are also frustrated that we never know who our property manager is because we've been thru about six now in the last five years.

Keep having power outages, loud cool car driver!

you keep sneaking in these hidden fees on your tenants and treat us like dirt. when you changed how our water bill is gonna be paid now it all of a sudden went up $30.00 more than it had been for quite some time. the tenants around here are talking and we are sick and tired of it. On a positive note we have been impressed with our maintenance request getting done quickly and correctly.
