Staff was always nice, always helpful. Location wasnt great, out of the way but very safe. Never had to worry much about snow or anything like that.

We just moved in, in June, and we love this neighborhood! Ive met a couple of neighbors and everyone is really sweet! the property manager, Maggie, is very helpful and nice as well! Its a beautiful home and theres a ton of space! Only downside to this place, would be that I dont think the cleaners did the best job for cleaning the unit before we moved in. There was black soot and lots and lots dust in our air vents and AC units- the filters were filthy. Lots of dust and weird black stuff, on the tops of the baseboards, corners of walls, and corners of the floor. The master toilet wasn’t cleaned under the seat and it was filthy. We deep cleaned though, and the only thing that remains is a weird musty smell in the guest bathroom. Not sure what that’s caused by. All in all though, we would recommend this place to friends and family! It’s a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors! There is so much greenery and beautiful plants on the property, and the design and layout of the townhome is amazing!

What I like: maintenance is relatively quick to respond, I like the furnishings inside the townhome, and pet friendly. Dislikes: Barking dog that never stops unless family is home, walls are too thin, dishwasher doesnt work well (even after maintenance), power trips often and I have to reset it at the power supply. Not that pleased.
