I've lived in one of the villas for a little over a year. The property is still adding areas such as dog area, grill area, firepit area. The staff are super nice and available. The noise level in my villa is extremely high. Upstairs people are very noisey and don't seem to respect those below them. Some of the rules/expectations don't seem to be enforced.

Parking Issues

The place is kind of overpriced but it's a nice community with nice amenities only issue is that it is almost impossible to find parking some night last night it got so bad I saw someone who gave up and parked where there wasn't even a parking spot. Drives me crazy when I come home after a long day of work and can't find a spot to park. Also from the few days of snow we have had this year snow removal has been very sparse to the point where kids were slipping on ice and cars were sliding around the parking lol
