Silver Springs has been amazing. The price is so good for what you get. We love the floor plan and the neighborhood. The walls are thin and our primary bedroom lines up with our neighbors primary bedroom...typically it is fine, but we sometimes get woken up by loud snoring. We also can hear the backdoor neighbor's dog barking throughout the day. Maintenance is good but they don't replace your lightbulbs which is very odd compared to other rentals I've had. We are apparently allowed to use a pool at another Cresten property but we were never told that until 2 years of living here. Overall, day to day living here is great!

We have been so happy with our town home. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe for our family with two young children.

Jill has been managing since May 2022 and has made Silver Springs a better place to live! Management & maintenance are gets a 10 out of 10! Prices are comparable and 95% of the townhomes have a double garage. Love living here!
